20 Songs to Sweat To!

20 Songs to Sweat To!

One of the best ways to stay motivated during a workout is great music! Studies have shown that music and exercise are a match made in health heaven! Listening to music during exercise helps improve our mood, increases our endurance, and helps us keep rhythm with our bodies. It’s also a good distraction so you can push yourself without thinking about how much you’re sweating or how sore your legs feel.

Music motivates you to keep going and feel great about yourself!

  1. Great list! I love listening to music. Sometimes I’m guilty of listening to podcasts while working out. Thank you for the reminder that music is a great workout companion.

    Cheers,
